BXI Tracking Systems began by developing unit tracking systems for the US Army in conjunction with providing perimeter security for large national sports events. This work included the hardware and software design of the mobile tracking unit, protocols used for the tracking unit to communicate with the command center, and the command center tracking server software. Over time, the skills, technologies, and experience were applied to a variety of commercial applications.
BXI Tracking Systems provides one of the world’s leading vehicle tracking device manufacturers with the core server technology for their customers to monitor their vehicles. The end user tracking customer base includes consumers, small businesses, and commercial fleets. BXI Tracking also delivered a custom iPhone application in collaboration with DC Software Arts, a partner who specializes in developing software for the iPhone and iPad platforms.
