Mentoring, Training, & Education
Workshop driven development and mentoring
Canned, structured training sessions provide easy introduction to a topic. However, real internalization of the lessons and adoption of the skills comes only through applying newly acquired skills and knowledge to your daily tasks in a problem space that is already familiar to you. Band XI will work with you on a real world problem employing what we call “workshop driven development.” We punctuate development efforts with four day on-site workshops every four to six weeks, in which we gather together for intensive learning sessions on critical technical challenges or risk items. These regularly scheduled workshops help maintain the momentum and focus necessary for maximum learning.Raising awareness through publication and speaking
The staff at Band XI gathers together lessons learned through years of experience working on real world problems. We happily share these lessons and insights not only through direction communications, but also by publishing papers and presenting at industry conferences.
